Weekly Skills & Developmental Lacrosse Game

FALL: SUNDAY EVENINGS (7 GAMES)
Dates: SEPT 17TH – OCT 29TH 

Game Time

(5:30pm-6:30pm)

Pick-Up Style Play - Teams are divided at the field each week

Weekly sessions will consist of 1 hour of modified field game play

OR

10-15 minutes of skills drills followed by a 45-50 minute modified field game.

Modified Field Size: 60 yards x 35 yards

Goal Size: 6' x 6'

Four  (8 - 12) minute quarters

Faceoffs to start each half

No body checking but basketball-like contact is allowed

Only stick checks permitted are lift checks, poke checks, downward stick checks below both players shoulders

Helmets, shoulder pads, arm guards, lacrosse gloves, mouth guard required, protective cups suggested

Young Guns (7th - 9th Graders) & Big Juniors (5th & 6th Graders) - 7v7 play, 1 goalkeeper and 6 field players (with offsides)

Lacrosse face-off rules for this age group include one player per team releasing from wing area

Little Juniors (3rd & 4th Graders) - 6v6 play, 1 goalkeeper and 5 field players (No offsides)

Lacrosse face-off rules for this age group include no players releasing from wing area

Lacrosse Player must provide own equipment, water.

Players fee covers participation in the weekly lacrosse game and a league reversible.
